Met behulp van een gratis proefles kijken wij hoe we jou het beste kunnen begeleiden en wordt er een persoonlijk training schema opgesteld op basis van jou doelstelling. Naast een train schema bieden wij ook begeleiding omtrent voeding.
Ons doel is mensen laten inzien welke meerwaarde krachttrainen biedt in het dagelijks leven.
