Founded in 2016 by undergraduate students, Nicole and Sunny, Healthy Minds is a small, tight-knit mental health advocacy & support group. Our aim is to provide a physical & mental space for individuals seeking to improve their well-being at the University of Toronto through peer support and community integration.
Our vision is to create social leaders who are aware of their own mental health in order to better facilitate the health of others.
