Heartfulness Program for Schools MENA

The Heartfulness Program for Schools is a student well-being initiative for K-12 schools across all curriculums in the Middle East & North Africa, offered by the Heartfulness Institute. We partner with school communities to equip them with tools and techniques that promote a heart-based, nurturing environment focused on relaxation, positivity and developing growth mindsets. Our program has been designated by CASEL (a Chicago-based independent body of educators and Practitioners) as an evidence-based program that promotes social and emotional learning for all.
