Hearts 2 Heal

Hearts2Heal (H2H) is a Black-Latinx, woman and veteran-led nonprofit. We foster community-based grief support and mental health programs that elevate diverse experiences to eliminate stigma and discrimination. Getting help is difficult–especially in a system that has always lacked representation. By creating a hub for marginalized communities to access mental health resources, we can more easily eradicate the stigma around mental health and remove the systemic barriers that prevent people from getting the support they need.
