Heid Mind is the business platform of Katie Gerrard and incorporates Hypnotherapy, Yoga, and Self Development programs. Based both online and in East Kent (Sandwich, Canterbury, and Sittingbourne). Due to my past work history, personal experience, and extensive training I tailor my practise to be neurodivergency and trauma informed. I use techniques from Parts Therapy, Gestalt, and Polyvagal theory and blend my decades of esoteric training with my practise where appropriate. Along with my neurodiversity specialism, I’m trained in safeguarding, working with transgender and non-binary clients, and incorporating my client’s spirituality. I’m experienced in past life regression, age regression, and rapid inductions. I also have a media library of guided self-hypnosis recordings for clients, and scripts and information for hypnotherapists. *YOGA* As a person with dyspraxia, I always found it difficult to keep up with traditional yoga classes. Now I’ve qualified as a yoga teacher I’m passionate about bringing yoga to people like me, who really want to practise but need adaptations to make it easier for them. There’s a huge and very welcome push to make yoga accessible for all bodies. Now it’s time to make yoga accessible for all minds.
