Driven by a desire to heat with wood as conveniently as fossil fuels, Robert Bloos built his first automatic wood chip feed system in 1982, pioneering an industry. With their focus solely on wood chip and biomass fuels, Heizomat has now grown to over 200 employees at two manufacturing facilities and has sold over 40,000 units in over 30 countries.
The boilers have been continually refined over the last 35 years and each boiler is handcrafted by highly trained blacksmiths, engineers and technicians in Bavaria, Germany with no third party outsourcing. The boilers are renowned for their robust design, hardwearing components and durability. Heizomat’s original boilers built 35 years ago are still in operation.
As the official Canadian supplier of Heizomat boilers and chippers, Heizomat Canada offers the full Heizomat product line, full parts and warranty support and technical support from Heizomat-trained personnel. In addition to a team experienced in HVAC engineering here in Canada, Heizomat Canada also has team located on the ground in Germany allowing for provision of a high level of support that is well integrated and co-ordinated with the manufacturer.
