In addition to Daniela’s success stories in establishing strong team brands, she has successfully led more than 2000 employees, developed over 100 leaders and 80 high potential employees for various advanced roles. Daniela is certified and accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach ( PCC) with extensive individual and team coaching experience. She is a member of the ICF Global, as well as of the ICF New York City ( NYC) charter chapter. Daniela is a trained facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials, business mentor, trainer, public speaker, and Inclusion and Diversity advocate.
