Her Circle

Her Circle is a woman-led organisation based in the North East of England, supporting women who experience complex motherhood — including those affected by trauma, poverty, mental health challenges, substance use, child removal, and more. We believe women are the experts of their own experiences. Everything we do is rooted in lived experience, peer support, and the drive to challenge systems that too often fail mothers facing multiple disadvantages. Our work centres around three key pillars: 🔹 HerSupport – peer-led support groups for women navigating complex motherhood 🔹 HerInsight – research and storytelling that places women’s voices at the heart of system change 🔹 HerImpact – advocacy and collaboration to co-design better services, policies, and outcomes for women and children We are proud to work alongside survivors, campaigners, researchers, and frontline professionals to create a more compassionate, equitable future — where no woman is invisible, unheard, or alone in her journey. 📍Based in Gateshead & Newcastle | Working nationally
