Here's Some Vanilla

Here's Some Vanilla makes small-batch vanilla extract with both vodka and rum. Our vodka based Pure Vanilla Extract (PVE) is more floral and fruity in flavor, due to our use of Tahitian vanilla beans, and is perfect for all your baking needs. We use rum for the sweeter Pvt. Sparrow Reserve (PSR), which accentuates the Tahitian bean, giving it that extra kick for your frostings, candies, and cocktails. Additionally, we make Super-Serums (SS) from both our PVE and PSR, in which we use double our regular amount of vanilla beans in order to provide a richer vanilla flavor without requiring you to add more liquid to your recipes. Lastly, our Long-Haul Reserve (LHR) is made from top-shelf alcohol, different every ultra-small-batch, and allowed to steep an extra six months; they are unique and of limited supply. Informed by your responses to our LHR, we plan to continue adding to our lineup of vanilla extracts every year.
