Sparrow Reserve (PSR), which accentuates the Tahitian bean, giving it that extra kick for your frostings, candies, and cocktails. Additionally, we make Super-Serums (SS) from both our PVE and PSR, in which we use double our regular amount of vanilla beans in order to provide a richer vanilla flavor without requiring you to add more liquid to your recipes.
