Heritage Polonia

The Heritage Polonia Program is a transformative initiative designed for Polish-American young leaders (ages 18-26) to connect with their roots, build leadership skills, and forge stronger ties between the United States and Poland. Founded in 2022, our program immerses participants in Poland’s rich culture, history, and dynamic economy through curated experiences that blend cultural exploration with professional development. Participants engage in workshops, meet with top business leaders, government officials, and influencers, and visit iconic landmarks such as Auschwitz-Birkenau, the Warsaw Uprising Museum, and the Wieliczka Salt Mines. From exploring modern cities like Warsaw and Kraków to uncovering personal genealogical stories, Heritage Polonia offers a unique journey of personal and professional growth. More than a cultural exchange, this program shapes the next generation of global citizens who will carry their Polish heritage into future leadership roles. With a focus on education, networking, and cultural pride, Heritage Polonia empowers participants to become ambassadors of U.S.-Poland relations while fostering a sense of identity and purpose.
