Hermitage is a family office focusing on equity investing globally. Our main investment areas include private equity, venture capital, listed equities and direct investments. Private Equity and Venture Capital - In private equity we focus mainly on buyout funds. In venture capital we prefer first-time or emerging managers that add value through differentiated deal sourcing and hard work. Listed Equities - On top of large index-like mandates and fund-investments, we also look for sources of differentiated alpha from managers in niche areas, such as country specific small capitalization stocks. Direct Investments - Most Hermitage investments are made directly into our associate companies. We have a history and track record of successful investing in financial services companies, but are open to other areas.
