Her Wave is non-profit organization. Our mission supports inclusion by working at four pillars: Wisdom, Ambition, Variety and Equity. Wisdom stands for the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgments that foster innovation and empower changes. Ambition is in our mind collaborative effort to achieve success in driving meaningful change for fair and respectful treatment. Variety represents cognitive diversity and is critical component for a broader and more productive workplaces and societies . In practice it means inclusion of people who have different ways of thinking, different viewpoints and different skill sets. Equity seeks to ensure fair treatment, equality of opportunity, fairness and advancement for all people At the Her Wave, wisdom, ambition, variety and equity are the core of who we are. We strive for environments where each unique individual is actively included. At HerWave we want what everyone wants: people to be accepted for who they are. We simply help individuals to “catch a perfect wave" by building confidence and leveraging different thinking styles. We strive to identify and create opportunities that enable all people to bring their special selves.
