HeyPenny, has developed a unique and fresh approach to supporting employee wellbeing and combating psychosocial risk. We have partnered with Dr.Hillary Bennett, an expert in organisational psychology, and our approach focuses on upskilling leaders to hold regular meaningful wellbeing focused conversations with their employees. Our platform supports leaders at every stage of the conversation, both in-person and virtual, and aids in directing the conversation to what is within the organisation's control, while providing the ability to provide support for personal matters. Conversation insights captured into our platform enables an organisational view to allow decision makers the ability to target available resources and design a mentally safe working environment.
