Hidrolift was founded in 1978 by Mehmet Arslan in Ankara. It was founded to produce spare parts for construction equipment and repair hydraulic cylinders. Quickly achieving its goals in the following years, it required expansion. In line with this requirement, the company reached 50 employees and 2,000 m2 of enclosed area in 1994.
