High Peak CVS aims to promote community and voluntary sustainability in the High Peak area. This involves supporting and facilitating the development of voluntary and community organisations through the provision of advice, practical services and resources, information, training, facilities and identifying funding. High Peak CVS help groups with: - Funding sources - Assisting with funding applications - Monitoring - Writing constitutions - Starting a new group - Running meetings - Linking with other groups - Insurance - Charity registration - Team building - Business & strategy planning - Policy writing (e.g. equal opportunities, health & safety) - Managing projects - Employment (contracts, law, staff management etc) - Financial management - Printing services - Equipment Hire - We seek to promote networking and liaison within all sectors working within the High Peak, through partnership working and co-operation.
