We’re a bold, dynamic youth charity with a difference but at our core, we’re about connection. Not just connection with others, but the kind that starts within. At Highway, we help young people tune into themselves. To discover who they are, what matters to them, and what brings them alive. We believe real change begins when young people feel deeply connected to their inner world — their values, hopes, and voice. Through transformational group experiences, guided by our incredible Highway Youth Facilitators, we create safe spaces for young people to feel seen, heard, and grounded in who they truly are. From this place of inner connection, they can set meaningful goals and move forward with energy, clarity and purpose. In a world that can feel loud and lonely, we offer a different path. One that leads inward first. Because when young people are connected to themselves, they’re more able to form genuine relationships, navigate life’s challenges, and feel a sense of belonging that lasts. At Highway, we’re not just building community, we’re helping young people find their way by first finding themselves.
