HIKO hub is a co-working business precinct in the heart of the University of Waikato's Hamilton Campus, opening early 2024.

The hub offers flexible terms (including part-time and drop-in options) and a mix of open plan, private and semi-private offices. Operational costs and a raft of support services are bundled into tenancy fees, allowing businesses to hit the ground running and leave the niggly bits - like keeping the tech working, the coffee beans topped up and the office spick and span - to us.
