We build trusted and new relationships with customers, turning people who struggle to pay to their most valuable ones. Our Most Valuable Customer (MVC) product, teams up power companies, charities and members of the public who want to help with those who are struggling to make ends meet, resulting in a much-improved outcome for the families involved.
What’s more, we use smart data to make smarter products. Our Insight products analyses power consumption using “AI for Good” to provide new innovative family services such as when to check in on your grandad when his power usage is significantly different from what it was yesterday.
