HIRE.social is a social impact oriented venture which aims to support the integration of newcomers (= refugees) into the German workforce and society by facilitating the relationship between newcomers and employers. HIRE.social connects newcomers to employment, which matches their interests and talents and supports them through the entire job search by providing CV advice, job matching and mentoring. For employers, HIRE.social is the single point of contact and allows access to a new talent-pool of competent and highly motivated workers. Through an innovative self-developed online matching platform, HIRE empowers newcomers in their job search and thus builds a bridge between motivated newcomers and companies with interest in combining corporate social responsibility and hiring needs. HIRE.social provides guidance through a step-by-step online support tool for both sides to ensure more successful matches, since all necessary (legal) steps are presented - from the registration to the first day at work.
