Innovation Talent Academy (ITA) is a Charitable nonprofit, Organisation founded in 2020 with a resolute vision to empower and uplift marginalized youth, particularly those in refugee communities. ITA is a nonprofit and refugee-led organization, driven by the belief that every young person, regardless of their circumstances, possesses untapped potential and the ability to transform their lives. Vision: ITA's vision is to become the leading NGO that empowers, supports, and brings hope to the lives of young marginalized individuals. It aspires to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to become self-sustainable by creating their own businesses and enterprises. Mission: ITA's mission centers on empowering young refugees, people with disabilities, single mothers, and others facing adversity through vocational and entrepreneurship skills, education, and livelihood support. By fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, ITA aims to build a community of resilient individuals who can overcome challenges and contribute positively to society.
