Hisar, founded in 1968 by the brothers of Muzaffer Orhan Erdoğan and Ayhan Cengiz Erdoğan positioning its brand value to the top line with its long history, wide product range and quality. Producing cutlery products such as forks, spoons and knives from beginning to now, Hisar started to produce stainless steel cookware in 1983 to expand its product line.
Now in 25.000 ( twenty five thousand) square meters of factory; Hisar has been producing stainless steel forks, spoons, knives, cookware, pans, teapots and various table and kitchenware accessories by using first class stainless steel raw materials acquired from Europe’s leading steel procedures. Hisar’s products are 18/10 chrome and nickel alloyed, containing AISI (AYSAY) 304 quality stainless steel.

Hisar produces stainless steel products to be used in a lifetime without a problem. This makes Hisar an exclusive and primary kitchenware and tableware retailer among Turkish market.
Computer controlled, modern machinery and equipment, Hisar advances its production line with the latest technology. It became the first to use CAD-CAM system for design and mold production in its industry in Turkey. This system ensures products to be designed 3D on the computer and produces their mold before the production process.
Hisar is the first in the industry to have ISO (I-S-O) 9001 Quality Management Certificate in Turkey. In addition, it is the first company in tableware and kitchenware industry to get accepted by the Turquality Program, which is the only program that enables brands to be well-known worldwide, supported by Turkish Ministry of Economy.
