Hive Homes is a residential developer delivering much needed homes for market sale throughout Greater Manchester. Formed through a unique partnership between 10 well-respected social housing providers and funders in 2018, our 'Profit for Purpose' model ensures any profit we make is returned to our funders for them to reinvest in supporting people and local communities across Greater Manchester.
