Hodood Al Kamal Contracting Company (HKC) is the newly formed construction and contracting subsidiary of the established Al-Balagha Group (ABG). Hodood Al Kamal builds on over 20 years of Al Balagha Industrial good track record in the construction and project management sector. Accomplishments include several completed turn key major projects including real-estate and infrastructure projects. The projects served varied clients including the group’s own investment subsidiaries as well as the public sector. Hodood Al Kamal is set up to exploit promising project execution opportunities generated out of the massive investment plans envisaged as part of the Kingdom 2030 vision such as the housing, health, utilities, and tourism sectors projects.
