Launched during India's early days of organized computing, BANCAL transformed the banking sector with over 1 lakh installations across prominent banks such as SBI, BOB, UBI, Federal Bank, SBT, and Allahabad Bank. It was a milestone achievement that laid the foundation for future advancements. Building on this success, HK Infoware developed Banksoft, a scalable branch automation solution that became a standard for banking operations. Before core banking systems took over in 2007, Banksoft had over 4,000 installations nationwide, cementing the company’s role as a technology leader.
