On January 31, 2020, HMP Enterprises Inc purchased DryCorp LLC. and DryCase LLC. This acquisition allows HMP Enterprises to reduce overhead and maximize operating efficiencies and grow an existing well-established International product line. This successful transition allows HMP Enterprises to build upon our footprint to pursue strategic partnerships in multiple manufacturing venues.
