After almost driving our home care agency out of business in 2010 and coming close to a nervous breakdown, my wife and I finally broke through the imaginary ceiling that was keeping us from our dreams on our way to building an agency with over 150 caregivers, several million $$$'s a year in revenue, and a business that operated mostly without us.
With our backs against the wall, I was determined to make our business ownership dreams a reality but recognized that I did not have all the answers.
