The purpose of HOME is to end homelessness in Bermuda. Our goals are to help homeless individuals and families receive shelter, health and social services; prevent episodes of homelessness; empower and support our public, private and community partners to improve their response to individuals and families experiencing homelessness; and track progress in preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness. Our target is to ensure no people are homeless in Bermuda by 2027, and to sustainably end homelessness by 2032.
