HomeBridge Ventures breaks the cycle of recidivism by providing comprehensive holistic healing, job training and placement, and community to formerly incarcerated residents. We keep people out of prison and in employment. Over an 18-month program, HomeBridge will train, place and, most importantly, keep formerly incarcerated residents in good paying jobs in HomeBridge owned social enterprises or with second chance hiring partners, while healing from trauma and restoring lives of hope and self-sufficiency.
