Homely Delight

Homely Delight was born in February 2022; due to some negative experiences we faced as landlords. As a landlord/property investor, it is becoming extremely complicated to remain profitable due to stricter regulations in tax and compliance. Serviced accommodation; was the solution to our problems; it was more lucrative, slightly more glamorous, and prevented us from dealing with tenant arrears, evictions and constant repairs. We began to test this strategy out on our portfolio, giving us the confidence to help other landlords by guaranteeing their rent, maintaining their property, and saving them thousands in tax-free rental income.
