L’impero Sol was incorporated in 2019 as a special purpose vehicle to hold and purchase investment properties within Yorkshire and the Humber region. We purchased 17 properties throughout the pandemic alone, proving the importance of a solid investment strategy. We now outsource the day-to-day management of our portfolio to a local letting agency, allowing us to spend time scaling the business, building our network, and searching for new and exciting investment opportunities. We are excited to expand our portfolio further and forge lifelong business relationships in the coming years.
