Hospice Simcoe provides dignified care for people in Simcoe County coping with life limiting illness, who have dying family members or who are bereaved. We provide high quality Hospice Palliative Care from the time of diagnosis with a life limiting illness through death and bereavement.
A dedicated group of staff and more than 170 committed volunteers give life to this community-based not-for-profit charity.
Hospice Simcoe was founded in 1988 and opened our residential program in 2009. We continue to expand our scope of community and residential care, programs and services.
