The Human Resource Development Cell, Shri Ram College of Commerce provides a platform for skill development, training and knowledge generation, achieved specifically through:
• Seminars in collaboration with established alumni from IIM-A, IIM-B, etc.
• Sessions on cracking competitive exams, acing group discussions and personal interviews, etc.

The annual fest of the society is called "Minductor". Eight editions of Minductor have been organized.
Minductor 8.0 saw some of the best undergraduate minds in the field of HR in the country coming together to compete in various mind-boggling events including a national level case study competition, a bidding game, and an on-the-spot strategy making game.
Fun events like games based on popular TV series, treasure hunt coupled with murder mystery were also organized.
Minductor also witnessed speeches from the former Chief Justice of India Shri Dipak Mishra this year.
