Hughes Krupica is a small sized law firm operating in Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand, focussing on its special practice areas to provide tailored legal services to a broad range of clients. Bangkok is our City practice with a focus on corporate; commercial; finance; litigation; dispute resolution and some specialist real estate and hospitality. Phuket is our Southern practice which deals extensively with real estate; hospitality; litigation and dispute resolution with the connected corporate and commercial work as an adjunct of the main business segments in Phuket and the surrounds. We have a great international mix of well qualified Thai lawyers with national and international qualifications, and foreign consultants with complimentary specialist skills and strong experience of assisting foreign clients investing into and out of Thailand. For a small firm we believe in modern practice in legal services and we are therefore like many legal services providers, working extensively on automating and making efficient the repetitive elements of services and administration, thereby allowing more time to focus on transactional assistance and problem solving for our client base.
