Human Resources Benchmarking Network Enterprises

The Human Resources Benchmarking Network (HRBN) was created by Founder and Leader Colin Dawes to facilitate benchmarking activities amongst its member organizations, presently HR departments in Canadian municipal organizations (e.g. regional municipalities, cities, districts, towns, townships, etc.) The HRBN's Annual Benchmarking Survey is the cornerstone program of the Network. The HRBN Survey has been conducted annually since 1997. It's a comprehensive Excel-based statistical survey containing close to sixty (60) metrics. The Annual Benchmarking Survey metrics run the full gamut of HR and "People" performance. Indicators are available in the Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee and Labour Relations, Health and Wellness and HR Structure/Technology spaces, as well as several that track key elements and performance/utilization aspects of an organization's "People" assets - its employee workforce.
