We are a group of HR professionals working within tech startups, looking to join forces. We’ve all noticed that our main challenges are very similar: how to recruit the best tech candidates, create an amazing corporate culture, be compliant without giving half our yearly payroll to uncompassionate lawyers, retain our priceless talents … The idea of a network arose by itself. Each of us has very various core skills, and the purpose of this group is to exchange knowledge, documents, tips, documentation about providers or tools, and to brainstorm together amongst other things. We know that being HR within a startup, especially a fast-growing tech one, is very different from being HR within a big company, this is why we’re welcoming all HR professionals working within similar companies. We’ve organized one meeting per month depending on the topicality since September 2015, and we’ll keep on meeting in 2018/2019. We also organize drinks from time to time, all our members are welcome to invite their colleagues who might be interested in networking.
