We are a multidisciplinary allied health and wellness practice located in the Hunter region, bringing together psychology, occupational therapy, and holistic wellness under one roof. Our services are grounded in evidence-based practice and enriched by mind–body–soul philosophies that foster deep, lasting change. Our services include: Psychology (including Internal Family Systems, CBT, trauma-informed care) Occupational Therapy & Functional Assessments Allied Health Assistance (NDIS-supported) Mindfulness & Somatic Interventions Workshops, courses, and community wellbeing initiatives Who we support: We work with children, teens, adults, and families, including those navigating anxiety, trauma, disability support needs (NDIS), emotional regulation, life transitions, and more.
