We built Huumans because we believe Small Business deserve better. We're about building a Community where knowledge is shared and collaboration between human beings is nurtured. We believe in unbiased information for decision making, that human beings can use AI advantageously, but that AI does not and should not replace human judgement born of lived experiences. We developed ROY, our resident Small Business Guru, who's sole job is to help Small Business owners be better, through free budgeting tools and in depth analytics and education. At Huumans we are developing a Collective of service and product providers that adhere to our Guiding Principles: 1. Deliver outrageous clarity, never clutter. We build for impact, not noise. If it doesn’t move the needle for small business owners, it doesn’t belong in our stack. 2. Earn trust by showing up, especially when it’s hard. Character is the product. We say what we mean, admit when we’re wrong, and keep showing up. That’s how you build something that lasts. 3. Scale what matters (even when it doesn’t scale). We reply to messages. We run live calls. We do the work that doesn't fit in a spreadsheet because humans need humans. 4. Lead with generosity, not scarcity. Insights should be shared. Help should be easy to access. You don’t need to unlock a paywall to understand your business. 5. Be more useful than impressive. We don’t care if you’re a solo operator or 25 employees deep; you deserve clarity and confidence. Flash is fun, but results matter more. It's time to put the YOU back in Human. It's time we all became accountable to each other, as human beings.It's time we started to share knowledge and care about our fellow Small Business owners. Time to stop spreading misinformation and instead work together to create "shared" success. The Huumans Small Business Community will evolve and ROY will be there every step of the way to provide guidance and support to all those that need it most. Put the YOU back in Human,
