HyLab Munich - Hydrogen Research

The HyLab Munich takes a holistic and interdisciplinary view of the entire cycle of a sustainable hydrogen economy for the production, refinement and use of CO2-neutral and emission-free energy carriers for mobile and stationary applications. In a tight cooperation with the industry, the partners research and develop innovative technologies and total system solutions along the value chain, from the production of hydrogen over the refinement to the use in fuel cells, engines and turbines. The continuous development of a simulation-driven development methodology as well as state-of-the-art test stands and laboratories significantly shorten the innovation cycle for complex technologies and solutions The HyLab Munich is a part of the Munich Mobility Research Campus at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich and funded by dtec.bw.
