IREACCH (Inclusive Research Environment Achieved through Culture Change) is a 2 year funded project at University of Leicester, designed to create change in how we do things at Leicester, informed through research, authentic voices, and experience from staff and students. IREACCH works to address decreasing diversity for post-graduate researchers, professors, and beyond by understanding barriers under-represented groups face. We boost advocacy and career progression through interconnected pilot projects (workstreams). Our five workstreams combine data collection/analysis, career interventions, and evaluations to support all research related staff to achieve their potential, create a sense of belonging, and create outcomes with proven results.
