At IABTC, we're on a mission to unleash the full potential of students, families, and communities through transformative programming. With a vision of a world where families and communities thrive, we empower individuals to overcome adversity and achieve their full potential. Through our innovative approach, we unlock hidden talents, cultivate resilience, and equip our participants with the skills and mindset needed for success. At IABTC, we are dedicated to empowering students to unlock their power and unleash their unique gifts. Through our student programming, we provide transformative experiences that inspire young minds to tap into their full potential. We believe that every student has inherent strengths and talents waiting to be discovered, and our programs are designed to nurture and develop those abilities. Our dynamic curriculum encourages creativity, critical thinking, and leadership skills, equipping students with the tools they need to thrive in school and beyond. Currently, IABTC programming is being facilitated in over 60 schools throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), reaching students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Our comprehensive approach aims to create positive school climates by equipping educators with tools and strategies for effective classroom management, fostering a supportive learning environment. We also offer specialized programs for parents, providing them with valuable resources to enhance parent-child relationships and promote positive home life. Through our full family programming, we empower families to thrive by strengthening communication, fostering resilience, and creating a nurturing environment for growth.
