IAP2 Canada

IAP2 Canada is a community of professionals dedicated to improving public participation (P2) and engagement practices through training, events, networking and professional credentialing. IAP2 Canada core competancies are: Public participation training and certification: IAP2 Canada offers Public Participation (P2) training and certificate, CP3 designation certification, licensing of P2 trainers, and other specialized P2 courses. Member-based professional community: The IAP2 Canada member network includes a diverse community of professionals, citizens, academics, and decision-makers across Canada. Ongoing learning and professional development: In addition to specialized training and certification, IAP2 Canada facilitates a mix of online and in-person education and networking events across the country. Public advocacy and research-based support: IAP2 advocates for public participation by supporting research projects and P2 communities, sharing knowledge and giving voices to underrepresented communities. North American Conference: IAP2 North American Conference (NAC) is the leading voice in the field of public participation and engagement spearheading progress since 1992.
