IAW Consulting was founded by Iftekhar Waseem in 2020, and has grown from strength to strength.
Our expertise in structural engineering design ranges from complex multi-use development schemes to smaller bespoke projects. Working with clients across a number of sectors our main objective is to provide good engineering design, with a clear structural logic to them.
We believe our role as Civil & Structural Engineers on any design project is to be part of the design team from day one, and to work with the design team to deliver a solution which is appropriate, not only technically but also commercially and sustainably. We understand that the engineering design accounts for a considerable portion of the budget and it is our aim to provide efficient solutions for it.
We ensure that each design we are involved in is bespoke to the site and in particular, regardless of when dealing with new build and refurbishment projects, the buildability of the solution is the key driver. We focus on client satisfaction through delivering commercially aware and creative design solutions.
