IbexMind is a collaboration between Dr David Dean, a consultant clinical neuropsychologist, and Peter King, a consultant on extremist media. It offers innovative solutions to teams looking to build their resilience and mitigate the effects of regular exposure to potentially distressing media content.
We have developed a package of interventions, with an emphasis on prevention, specifically designed to help protect teams exposed to such content and demonstrate their employer's ongoing commitment to their mental health.
We provide workshops and facilitated, ongoing support sessions for teams. Our evidence-based approach enables employees to build on their resilience and manage the potential risks of viewing distressing media content in a healthy way.
We also offer consultancy to organisations and managers on measures that can be taken to enhance support for employees working in this field.
