Industry Capability Network - Northern Territory (ICN NT)

The Industry Capability Network (ICN) is a long-standing intermediary that connects project owners with capable local suppliers, helping to maximise Australian industry participation in public and private sector projects. Since the mid-1980s, ICN has worked across Australia to address barriers to entry for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), improve the efficiency of procurement markets, and ensure suppliers have full, fair and reasonable opportunities to compete. ICN NT provides services that underpin value-for-money outcomes by promoting local content, supporting supply chain development, and encouraging innovation through targeted industry engagement. ICN helps project proponents meet procurement obligations and navigate Government policies such as the Australian Industry Participation (AIP) framework and the Northern Territory Government’s Territory Benefit Plan.
