Industry Skills Advisory Council NT (ISACNT) is an independent, not for profit organisation that provides advice to and gathers feedback from Northern Territory businesses on skills shortages. Our purpose is to increase industry skills capacity and capability across the Northern Territory.
We work with industry, Government, national bodies including Skilled Service Organisations (SSOs), Industry Reference Committees (IRCs), associations, schools and training providers to keep our finger on the pulse of emerging trends in each industry, to ensure Vocational Education and Training (VET) is provided in accordance with industry needs, and to communicate to government to inform the Northern Territory Skilled Occupation Priority List (NTSOPL).
