ICSCCB was inaugurated in Pune in 2011 by Prof. Dr. Keith Humphries (then Director, Terry Fox Laboratory, BC Cancer Agency, Vancouver, Canada), one of the pioneers of stem cells and cancer biology. After Corona lockdown was over, we shifted ICSCCB from Pune to New Delhi.
Our vision is to develop a research and teaching institute of Harvard quality which can offer programs by focusing on practical hands-on training on cutting edge technology and protocols at cellular and molecular level. And we are already on the path via ICSCCB.
At ICSCCB since 2011, we have trained more than 2500 people of all levels (Bachelors, Masters, PhDs, Professors, Scientists, Doctors) and many of them have established their own stem cell/Cancer/molecular biology labs or research/teaching programs all over India and abroad.
