idDriver is a joint venture partnership between Potentiate – one of the worlds largest Data Intelligence companies operating in, utilising their proprietary Voice of Consumer (VOC) data survey platform and idDriver, an Australia based enterprise. idDriver is a web based application designed to work on any connected device. The unique platform can operate standalone or with integrated third parties supplying online services to the industry at dealer and manufacturer levels. screen1_iphone.png The platform replaces inefficient hardcopy test drive forms, provides a better customer experience and adds productivity efficiencies to both dealers and manufacturers by digitally capturing and automatically storing customer data. The idDriver Platform provides critical pre sale customer experience feedback following a test drive or loan activity. The captured data is immediately available to produce customised reports monitoring.
