Enhancing Digital Skills for ASEAN Women MSMEs (IDEAS) Project is a five-year initiative (2022-2026) aimed at empowering women-owned micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in ASEAN countries by enhancing their e-business skills. Funded by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF) and regionally implemented by APWINC (a UNESCO Chair in Communication Technology for Women), the IDEAS Project supports the growth and development of female entrepreneurs.
In Cambodia, the IDEAS Project targets 242 female MSMEs as trainees and 14 local e-business experts as trainers and mentors. This initiative aims to reach a total of 4,002 female MSMEs across the region. The implementation in Cambodia is managed by Anna & Associates Law Office as implementing Institution, with the support of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MISIT) of Cambodia.
