Iecava Distillery produces high-quality wheat ethyl alcohol and wheat protein concentrate from carefully selected wheat according to high-quality criteria and non-GMOs. We know our wheat well and how to process it sustainably to use the whole grain efficiently. Our produced wheat ethyl alcohol is used for food production, pharmacy, cosmetics and chemical industries. Wheat protein concentrate and bran are used as animal feed.
